Sketches Challenge #41

The sketch this week at Sketches by Tamara was for a round card and since I have never done anything like it I thought it would be a good challenge for me. Here's what I ended up with. The pattern paper is from Cosmo Cricket - I used the lighter side as the base and the reverse side for the panel in the middle. I used a brown and pink ribbon on each side. I added Cinnamon glitter glue to the floral design and some flowers by Prima . I matted the pink Cherish on a brown paper.

Theme Thurdsay - Stripes

This week the them at Theme Thursday is STRIPES. I made this card and then realized that it would be perfect for this challenge and for Sketches by Tamara

The background paper is from Prima - Whispers Collection - I used the brown side. Star and letters are GrungeBoard, Tim Holtz, ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon. For the star I painted it yellow ran it through a Zyron machine and used a Glitter sheet from 7 Gypsies. The letters I painted pink and used a little glitter glue in Cotton Candy.
